Website privacy
Information you submit through this website, such as your name, email, phone number and message, is used only to respond to your inquiry and schedule services. We do not sell your information. Please do not submit detailed health information through website forms; we will discuss your needs privately.
This website may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site. These tools do not identify you personally.
Therapy records
Therapy clients receive our Notice of Privacy Practices at intake, which explains how protected health information is used and your rights under HIPAA.
Coaching disclaimer
Coaching services are educational and growth-focused. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling or a medical service, does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for therapy. Although Alexandra Mackey, MA, LPC, CMNCS, has over a decade of clinical training and expertise, she is retired from practicing as a therapist, and coaching clients do not receive therapy services, and coaching outside of Arizona is not provided under her counseling license.
No emergency services
