We believe emotional health is the foundation of every other kind of success: in leadership, in business, in sport and at home.
Live Empowered was founded by Alexandra Mackey to bring two kinds of support under one roof. Licensed counseling for adults who want to heal from trauma, understand ADHD and move through anxiety or depression. And high-level coaching for people who want to lead, perform and love with more capacity.
Our clinicians are trained in EMDR and a range of evidence-based approaches, and we keep our caseloads intentionally focused so every client gets our full attention.

Catherine Daem, LMSW
Licensed Therapist
Trauma-focused therapist for adults with trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression and relationship patterns, helping clients move beyond symptom management to heal what’s underneath. Holistic approach; EMDRIA-trained, IFS-informed, trained in mental health nutrition. Offers sessions in her on-site therapy garden. Master’s in clinical social work, Arizona State University.
